NSW govt inks new deal with Salesforce

The New South Wales government has inked a fresh multi-million dollar deal with Salesforce, giving agencies a pathway to software from the tech giant for the next four years.

The Department of Customer Service revealed the new iteration of the whole-of-government agreement last week, as Salesforce faced heat over gifts to government officials at the federal level.

The department has also signed the first of what is expected to be a string of new contracts with the multinational as existing deals expire across the state government.
