FORUM & NETWORKING LUNCH | 11 SEPTEMBER 2024

The highly anticipated launch of The Industry Papers, a standout event on the InnovationAus.com calendar brought fresh insights and the unveiling of our annual print publication, showcasing a mix of new thinking.

This event brought together senior representatives from government and industry for a series of lightning presentations by the authors of The Industry Papers – a curated collection of more than 30 issue papers from domain experts, business founders and policy analysts, published in a hard-copy newspaper format.

Earlier this year, our three-city roadshow tackled key topics:

Sydney: Semiconductors, quantum, and corporate innovation
Brisbane: Sustainability and the circular economy in Queensland
Melbourne: Digital health, MedTech, and BioTech

The Industry Papers launch and forum was a culmination of these themes, delivering bold advice and insights on policy reform. We explored the legislative changes and increased accountability required to ensure the best outcomes for the country.

The packed morning program featured a series of panel discussions that unpicked some of the new themes introduced by our esteemed authors, followed by networking drinks and canapes at Old Parliament House.
