The federal government has appointed the first 17 advisers for its new Industry Growth Program, many of which delivered similar services under the Coalition’s Entrepreneurs Programme.
Of the 17 advisers contracted at a cost of $8.4 million so far, at least four had previously served as industry advisers under the now-shuttered Entrepreneurs Programme (EP).
Most of the contracted entities are also understood to employ former EP advisers, although InnovationAus.com has been unable to confirm whether all the identified individuals are Industry Growth Program (IGP) advisers.
