Govt’s procurement push gets a quiet rebrand

The Future Made in Australia Office established by the Albanese government has been quietly rebranded after it was being confused with a wider clean energy industrialisation agenda of the same name.

But disappointment in the office set up to lead procurement reform endures, with suppliers saying they are yet to feel any benefits from the $18.1 million initiative first promised in 2021.
