InnovationAus Awards 2023: Last day for nominations

James Riley
Editorial Director

We are down to the wire, the final day for accepting nominations for the 2023 InnovationAus Awards for Excellence. You have until midnight tonight, Monday 19 June, so get your skates on.

The InnovationAus Awards for Excellence 2023 are a six-month program of promotion run via the InnovationAus.com publishing platform and culminates in the best night of networking on the calendar.

The event brings together all of the smart, interesting entrepreneurs and engineers, researchers and financiers from across the different sectors, from manufacturing to space, AgriTech to defence, and cyber to renewables.

All finalists in this Awards will be profiled in the pages of InnovationAus.com. The finalists will all receive tickets to black-tie gala at Sydney’s famed Hordern Pavilion on November 1.

And all finalists will also be invited to a VIP pre-dinner drinks event to mix and mingle with the nation’s best entrepreneurs and innovators, and to meet the InnovationAus 2023 Awards patrons, Australia’s Chief Scientist, and business leader David Thodey.

“A lot of our reporting is focused on policy iteration or covering parliamentary hearings and the like. But the InnovationAus Awards program gives us the opportunity to give the best of Australia’s researchers and entrepreneurs and CEOs the kind of recognition and plaudits that they deserve,” Ms McLeod.

The entry process for the InnovationAus Awards is a straight-forward online application. It is not onerous, and entries are judged at arms’ length from the InnovationAus.com editorial team. You can meet our esteemed panel of judges here.

For the first time, the program includes two categories for individuals: The Paul Shetler Disrupter of the Year Award, and the Innovation Leadership Award. Details for these nominations (or self-nominations) carry no cost of entry. All other entries are priced at $150.
